There has to be something in the water here in Adelaide. Bands are always releasing new tracks and playing shows and making film clips but the last 6 months or so the sheer quality and variety of releases across the board is completely blowing me away. And the most recent band to join the list is Tall Enough To See, releasing their debut single This Side Up with an accompanying film clip and a kickass launch party to boot.
Having kicked around for a couple years now, playing shows with great mates Young Offenders and Lost Woods to name a few stars, featuring on Channel 9 and drinking copious amounts of red barons, the scene has been set for a takeover of the Ed Castle next weekend.
Teaming up with Sam Steinle to shoot their debut clip, the single centres around lead singer Joe Keain and his superb delivery skills throughout the CBD. This Side Up was was also recorded and mixed by Reid Jones of Deep Blue Studios.
Tall Enough To See with be playing their launch show for the new single next weekend Saturday May 9th at the Ed Castle with Lost Woods, The Smile Hooks and King Indecisive in support. Event details here and you can grab your tickets via moshtix here.
