Four day working weeks should happen more often. More time free to see the latest Mission Impossible 32 and more importantly, more time to see some rad locals doing what they do best. Here are some picks to check out this weekend!
Double Black Market Thursday & Sunday
Two levels of party, beer gardens and awesome local bands every week. Courtesy of the local government providing us with extra days off, Black Market Adelaide will be happening both Thursday and Sunday this week.
Thursdays lineup includes The Monikers (just released an ace EP), Devil's Crossroad (PAK regulars) and The Pugs (fresh talent). Keep an eye out for Monikers member Ben Fry who has the best hair in town.
Focus Promotions presents Northern Exposure #22
If you live out North way, enjoy yourself some fine rock and/or roll and you are a schnitzel enthusiast, Brideway Hotel is the place to be. Featuring Bakehouse headliners Walking With Thieves, Differntial, Massix, AZZURA and Skidmark, cost of entry is only $2 per band. Doors opening at 6pm, this is also an all ages event too so you can bring that underage kid from work who's kinda cool and have a great night on rock (and maybe beers/coke).
